we hereby inform you that Cresco Partners s.r.o., as a provider of crypto-asset related services (hereinafter the “Company”), will terminate the provision of all its crypto-asset related services as of 1 July 2026.
The decision to cease operations relates to the discontinuation of the Company’s business activities in the area of crypto-asset related services in the Czech Republic.
As of 1 July 2026, it will no longer be possible to use the Company’s services, and no new orders or requests will be accepted. Client accounts will be deactivated and access to the platform and related services will be terminated.
We kindly ask that, no later than 30 June 2026, you download or save all documents, statements, and confirmations that you may need for your records, and that you complete any pending matters related to the Company’s services.
Even after the termination of services, the Company will retain certain data and documentation to the extent required by applicable legal regulations, in particular those concerning anti-money laundering, accounting, and tax obligations. Personal data will be processed and retained only for the period stipulated by law and will subsequently be securely deleted.
